More than 30 properties maintained
i do maintenance provides one-stop-shop repairs, maintenance and commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services to three McDonald’s franchises owned by the same couple at Gilles Plains, Collinswood and Salisbury. On top of scheduled commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services, we provide ad-hoc building maintenance to around 15 of them. We are often able to undertake repairs and maintenance work at a time which suits our clients’ business (for example, avoiding the busy lunch, after school and dinner trading times). Much of our exhaust cleaning work is undertaken after hours to eliminate contamination and disruption risks altogether.
